Meet Cynthia
I grew up in Abilene, Texas, one of five children. As a child, I lived and breathed ballet! I took classes daily and attended the North Carolina School of the Arts and then the San Francisco Ballet School. I have a degree in French and a Master’s degree in Hispanic literature. In addition to teaching Spanish at a local community college, I have also co-authored three Spanish textbooks. I love teaching and especially enjoy the interaction with my students. I continue to keep my connection to dance by teaching group fitness and body conditioning classes at our local YMCA.
My wife, Cynthia
Cynthia is the friendliest and most charming person that I know! She is very good at connecting with people, so she makes friends easily and often they become friends for life. Anyone who knows Cynthia knows how much she loves music and dance. As a child, she dreamed of becoming a ballerina and now she enjoys Lindy Hopping. I often find Cynthia and Ben dancing around the living room. She adores Ben and recently started guitar lessons so she can sing to Ben the songs her dad used to sing to her.
